How the Cleaning Works
Zerorez® will clean all exposed hardwood. We use a special, gentle hardwood cleaner to help break down the dirt and oils on your hardwood. Zerorez® will gently agitate the hardwood scrubbing in the cleaner to further break down the dirt and grime on your hardwood before sucking up the dirty residue. The cleaning will NOT damage your hardwood in any way and will make your hardwood look spectacular and like-new!
Non-invasive Service
In most cases, our services are noninvasive to the floor and the service is completely safe for you, your family, and pets.
High-Quality Protective Coating
To seal the deal, we'll apply 1 to 3 coats of high-quality, long-lasting, water-based polyurethane, hydrating the wood and preserving the wood’s natural beauty. The Polyurethane coating will help protect against minor scratches but will not prevent deep gouges in the wood. It is recommended to be applied after every hardwood cleaning in order to protect the wood and prolong the life of the wood.
