The Art Center’s goal is the beginning of creating an artistic community by removing the isolation that artists often go through. They want to bring multiple artists together from all over the city of Ramona to participate in the fine arts with other talented people. The Art Center isn’t an art center where you simply walk through but you personally see the process of how the art is created and where you can leave with more of an understanding of art.

Ramona is home to a number of exciting outdoor activities including hiking trails for those on bikes, horses, or on feet. Dogs are allowed on most trails in the backcountry of Ramona. Trails range from relaxing beautiful hikes to challenging and vigorous hikes for more experienced hikers. There is a very popular attraction on the Mt Woodson Trail called the Potato Chip Rock. This is a thin rock that juts out over a clearing and can create a beautiful picture or just has a beautiful view when you sit on top of the thin lip of rock.
